5. What happens after an item is brought to The CTT Store?
Customers simply drop off packed items at any CTT Store, where they will be carefully shipped to 123vendeu.com's processing center. Once at 123vendeu.com, our expert staff will take care of everything, including photography, research, testing, listing at the most adequate trade markets, customer service, payment processing, shipping, and, when necessary, returns.

6. What's the benefit to the consumer?

7. How can customers check the status of their items?

9. How long does it take the whole process until I receive my check?

Items will be listed on eBay within two weeks. The eBay auction runs for seven days. Customers will receive a check two to three weeks after 123vendeu.com receives payment from the buyer.

11. What if an item doesn't sell?
Although very rare, if an item doesn't sell, we will return it at no additional charge to the customer. We can always list the article a second or third time.

12. Why is there a desired minimum 50 Euros selling price for each item?
The processing costs involved are such that accepting items of a lesser value would result in customers receiving very little in return for their goods.
In such cases you can always decide to donate the item, or item value to charity.

13. Why do you recommend that auctions start at $1 versus a stated minimum amount?
In our experience, selecting a $1.00 starting price (Basic Service, no prepay required) usually results in a higher final sale price because there will be more bidders. Customers can select a higher starting price by using our Warranty Service (15 Euros prepay required; this amount will be credited to your account if your item sells).

14. Why do you do not accept all kinds of items?
We do not accept copies of software or fake branded items or items with no commercial value, such as old appliances, furniture or items difficult to ship.

15. What if an item is received by the processing center in bad condition after being delivered in CTT Shop, or delivered to one of your commercials, or dispatchers?
Those are very rare situations. However our professionals have insurance that covers such problems. We run tests to items as soon as they arrive to processing center. Also when the items are delivered to our commercials, or dispatchers, if conditions permit, a basic test done.

17. How much does it cost to use 123vendeu.com?
123vendeu.com charges a progressive commission, based on the item's final sale price:
38% of the first $200
30% of the next $300 ($200.01-$500)
20% of the remaining amount (over $500.01)
Plus 2.9% of the total transaction value (sale price, shipping, handling and sales tax)
123vendeu.com's minimum commission is 15 Euros in any case.
